Great if you visit during winter
Pros that we like the most about Quintessa Hotel; • Staff member at the hotel are very attentive. They can speak English well and suggest any places, restaurants and attractions nearby • The location is the hotel is the best. We can access to any places by walk and Seico Mart is just a few steps from the hotel • The hotel facilities were so useful. We did laundry after a long trip and it was great. • Foods at the breakfast were sublime. The price of breakfast was so reasonable
Cons: First of all, we would like to inform that our stay was between 11-14 of April which the weather wasn’t bad. It was about 20 degrees approximately! And, we were able to found a bit of snow on the ground in Hokkaido city. The only problem for us was Air Conditioning (No Airflow) The hotel provided just small air cooler machine which it wasn’t cool enough. My sons asked for turning on the air condition every time when they went into the room while the weather outside of the hotel was much better. If the hotel could make the window to open for the air flow, it would be nice to offer us a nice stay.

It's very spacious and the beds are very comfy. Easy parking. Good breakfast.
There are so much molds over the top of bathrooms. Staffs are not very polite and showing not much hospitality.

Good quality breakfast choice, comfortable hotel environment, very clean room and bathroom, 2 convenient store just outside of hotel
